Outside Sales Rep Roofing Pro
JJ Quality Roofing is hiring self-driven individuals who are looking to make a difference in the roofing and construction industry.
JJ is a premier solar and roofing contractor authorized and licensed to sell and install Tesla solar roofs alongside the industry’s leading metal, tile and shingle manufacturers. This offers huge commissions and big-ticket sales. Training is a must and will be provided!
Must be well organized individuals who are self-driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Basic computer skills. Positive attitude and team player. Must be motivated to succeed and have a desire to win.
Requirements
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate products and solutions
- Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
- Must be able to lift a ladder and inspect residential roof tops.
- Must be able to climb into attic spaces to take pictures and examine cracks, leaks and stains.
- Must be able to input all customer interactions into a CRM and vigorously follow up
- Experience in construction sales, in-home sales, home remodeling, real estate, solar sales, running canvass campaigns all a plus.
